Tennessee
Coneflower - Echinacea tennesseensis
This is truly one of the rarest
native plants, as it was thought to be extinct in
the 1960's. Our plants come from seed grown here
at our farm in Ontario. The blooms are different
from other coneflowers in that the petals are
horizontal rather than drooping and cone is
greenish pink color. This excellent specimen
plant is compact, vigorous and exceptionally long
blooming! Fabulous when planted in masses.
