Green-headed
Coneflower - Rudbeckia laciniata
Growing from 3 to 6 feet tall,
this stately wildflower features unusual green
centred cones with drooping bright yellow petals.
Naturally found alongside streams and pond edges,
the Green-headed Coneflower is perfect for
naturalizing moist areas but also does quite well
in the garden forming loose clumps of tall, wiry
stems with smooth, deeply cut foliage and it
attracts the butterflies and songbirds as
well!

| SEED
GERMINATION INFO |
Cold, moist
stratification. Mix seed with moist but
not wet, sterile growing medium. Place
mixture in a labeled, sealed plastic bag
and store in refridgerator for six to
eight weeks. Note: Some seed may
germinate in the storage bag if moist
stratified too long. If sprouting occurs,
plant immediately. Another method is to
sow seed outdoors in late autumn so that
they may overwinter.
Approx. 35 seeds per pack.
