By Mail: If you prefer, you may send your order in by Mail. Simply fill out your order online and indicate at the checkout of our site that you prefer to pay by check. Then mail your payment to:

Security for your Credit Card over the web. Our web site is secure and all financial transactions are encrypted and safe. When orders are placed online, for security purposes, we do not receive your credit card numbers, rather this information is between you and our credit card payment processor.

Shipping Policies: Most orders are shipped within 48 hours after we receive them.

All Canadian orders are shipped from our head office in Coldwater, Ontario, Canada. All U.S. orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouses and are billed in U.S. dollars. If there is any problem with your order, we will contact you by email or phone. Or you may call our Customer Service Department toll-free 1 866 476 9453 Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm EST.

Shipping Costs: Our website will automatically calculate your shipping costs. Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of your order. Smaller orders are shipped via Canada Post in Canada and U.S. Post in the U.S.A. Heavier orders are shipped via CanPar courier in Canada and UPS in the U.S.A.

Please check your order carefully upon receipt. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it unopened within 10 days for a full refund - no questions asked.

Please note: Custom seed mix orders, as they are made specifically for you, cannot be returned.
All seed mixes over 1,000 sq. ft. are custom seed mixes and cannot be returned.

If your order has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.
